Did my first ever 5k! I couldn't run longer then 5 minutes about two months ago. Running nonstop and getting 27:18 time was amazing! Next year my goal is to run the 15k.

    My marine boyfriend was very proud, but is now on me to get a better time. He can do a 5K in 19 minutes. I'm doing wind sprints to speed up time. I go back and forth from doing interval running and just long distance running.

    Great Job! Must be very exciting. I will be attending my first 5k on December. I live in Wisconsin, so It will be very cold. Any tips for running in the cold?
