I work full time and have 2 kids so I'm right there with you! I hate mornings so I do my workouts in the evening after both kids have gone to sleep. Problem with it is if they are sick/don't wanna sleep etc it messes with your time. I may have to change and start working out in the mornings but I'm going to try to stick to…

It really is up to her and on her time BUT you can invite her to work out with you. Make some family event more of an activity like instead of a movie, take the kids outside and everyone play chase or whatever. Invite her to the site and tell her how awesome we all are here ;)
