I eat a lot of Ezekiel sprout grain bread. 10 grams protien for two slices. No sugar or preservatives. edited: its also got less than a gram of fat

Vitamix as many have said and an old flat bottom wok I got years ago at Walmart. I also just rehabbed my whole kitchen and got a glass top stove. Love it!

Haven't binged since February of this year. I still occasionally get the urge but I won't let myself give in. Last time I fell off the wagon I gained 60 pounds. Never again!!!!
