Personally I'm not there yet, but if you think you might have hit a plateau of some sort, try changing up your routine. If you jog 3 miles a day, shoot for 3.5 every other day. I just signed up with MFP today and noticed my macros are set way lower than my previous macros coming from Sparkpeople. I'll more than likely adjust to my previous macros.
