I feel you! I've lost 55 lbs so far, and I'm loving the look of my arms and legs, but man this belly bloat is killer! It looks fine some days and some days it's awful!

I do consume a lot of dairy...I have wondered if it could be a problem as one of my kiddos is extremely intolerant of dairy. I may try out a dairy-free diet and see if that helps. Thanks!

I noticed it and asked about it. Dr. confirmed that this is what the problem is, but didn't really give me any info on what to do to correct it.

On mine when I do a sit-up you can actually see the indentation of the seperation, it doesn't go up, it goes in....if that makes any sense.

Nursing moms need at min. 1500 cals but 1800 is the usual recommendation. Depending on how often you are nursing/pumping can make a difference in that as well.
