How to reduce bloating?
Now that I'm getting closer to my goal weight, I've started to notice that I have a major problem with abdominal bloat and not just around TOM....what can I do to help reduce it? I drink tons of water, I never net less than 12 8oz cups a day. Thanks!

Abdominal muscle seperation from pregnancy
I have had three pregnancies, and I have muscle seperation down the center of my abs. Is there anything I can do to help with this, or am I destined to always have this problem?
