Lunch Ideas for Food Allergies

I need some suggestions for quick fix lunch ideas. Some days we have enough left-overs to have for lunch, but not very often. The problems is food allergies 
Here is the list of allergies:
Fish
Shellfish
Peanut
Tree Nut
Most Berries
Red Dye
