I think (from my own honest opinion) when u naturally have larger breasts, and you've dealt with them for so long (clothes not fitting, back pain, shoulder pain) it's more of a pain. It's the saying people want what they don't have, and have what they don't want. I can't wait to get rid of these bad boys, personally.

It's L1, L2,L3 typically you do each level for 10 days = 30 days. However, alot of people go on to the next level (ex L1 to L2) when they feel they've outgrown the level their doing :) hth

I can remember long ago reading, that your goal weight was the weight that you felt most fit, active and happy. Granted, I was 150-155 in high school (I'm 29 now) but for me that's when I felt good. Everyone thinks that I'll look so different and that 93lb is alot to lose, but I really fine with my weight then.

I could be wrong and any one can correct me, but with HIIT training the point is that you continue burning calories after your workout at a much higher rate. I know there's people here that love turbo fire, ask around.....I would not give up just yet :)

I've read that sometimes muscle soreness is not an indication of how hard you've worked or the quality of the workout, can any one else add input on this? I say keep up what you've been doing :)

I got two :) I've been working out consistently since July, so Sunday I started C25K, and yesterday, I felt like I could run longer on the running parts, but I didn't :) The 2nd one is that all my clothes are feeling alot smaller :)
