  • I actually lost the most in cycle 1...I felt the best in cycle 2...so now i am trying a modified 2, but need to get back to my 1200 calories in that cycle..
  • I like the every other day thing. It seems to help with loosing. I was off the wagon for two weeks now eating more wheat and I feel horrible. I am back to cycle 2 starting today... I follow a basic activate with one day I don't worry to much about what I eat. How are you doing so far ...
  • hi guys that is great. I always feel best when I am on the cycles too. I have been trying to stay on cycle 2 most of the time. It's soup season so trying to make some healthy soups to eat with my salads.
