Ok did lower fix for the first time. This is burning butter. Never worked my legs this way and feels like it is getting to the core of those legs :)

Day 3 of my first round of the fix. I am sore. more than 2.5 month of p90x3 haha Love the meal planning. Love being in control and knowing if I want a snack I am conscious of what food group I have left to pick from. feeling great so far.

I am starting 21 day fix June 1...because vacation starts June 22 haha Just finishing up p90X3 with inches lost but now time to get some new workouts and focus on the other part that matters. NUTRITION. My friends loves the workouts :)

I got my 21 day fix in the mail. I am very excited to start this program on June 1...21 days of different 30 minute workouts :) Got to keep me motivated.. This memorial weekend getting out on the bike!!!

Today was MMX P90X3. 30 minutes... I love this workout.!!! I can't wait to get 21 day fix...portion control and 30 minutes workouts.....Love my BB workouts!

I just finished 30 days ....I use a 5 lb weight for cvx and bands for some of the other. I did the workout for 2 weeks before I did pictures and measurements. I am in transition week of Block 1... I have also decided to cut back a bit on my calories, but trying to eat well and one ingredient foods. I am loving this workout. I am happy to read this too...I had gained 5 lbs in the last 3 weeks. I am on transition week of Block 1 and happily this morning I stepped on the scale and I am down 4 lbs. 21 days is 3 weeks and they say that it takes 3 weeks to get into a habit of making a change. I do not have this program, but it is like any other plan that helps you to follow the basic wheel we learned in grade school. So many fruits veggies, protein, fats and breads. It is portion control and a way for people to learn.…

It really does matter if I have the supplies I need. got some red grapes for the sweetness yogurt and other things to make sure I stick to this this week.
