  • I use frozen berries deforested in the microwave and also 2 tablespoons of flax seed and sometimes some granola for the extra crunch! very filling especially if I have it for breakfast.
  • to stay focused and remember the long term goal: Christmas, trips etc. This is to be a lifetime change in eating and not temporary. Let's all stay on track and see where we are all at in 30 days!!! I'm up for the challenge how about everyone else??
