I keep bingeing on something here and there, and I dont track it.... :( I also keep going way over on my carbs daily, and my calories are between 1400 to 1600.. not got a hold on anything.....

Here's Me! I'm 26 years old, 1 son- age 8 Height= 5 foot 3 HW=142 LW=112 CW=139 My ultimate goal weight= a healthy 115-120 toned and fit! I work out 3 days a week with a personal trainer, mostly lifting/toning/resistance training, and cardio intervals.

so should I drop to 1400 calories a day ? which is what is suggested when you take my weight and multiply by 10 you get 1400 calories ? My goal , is to lose weight, but with my training, im toning things up as well.

Okay, Im 26 years old. Im 5 foot 3, currently 140 pounds. I want to get back to 115, but healthy this time and not near anorexic and starving.
