So I started with a personal trainer. He has me on 1800 calories a day, we work out together 3 days a week, we do cardio(intervals) resisitance/strength/lifting. What do you do when you go over your fats
I was just wanting some advice, I am -1 in my fats, but I still have over 600 calroies left in my day, . . Do I stop eating , and forget about the 600 left ? because I have went over on my fats already... or Do I eat, and take the weight gain... ? When it comes to fat, and u read a label and it says , 0.5 grams , or 4 grams or 8 or 9 , whichever, how many grams of fat is considered a lot?
