I am 5 foot 3, I have a j,lo type booty( accept mines not nice) , big hips, I am also a DD34 so im not the greatest porportion wise ......
So I have been working out with a personal trainer for the last 3 weeks. As well as following his menu plan to the best of my ability, but not always accurate.
I eat anywhere from 1300-1700 calories in a day, and every sunday, is suppose to be my *relax day* My trainer says this is a day where I eat or indulge in whatever I want to , just once, every sunday.
We work out together 3-4 times a week, with 2 rest days in between, SO I see him Pretty much every 3 days as regularly as I can. We do Strength training/resistance training. And he has me lifting, we work my legs one week, my arms, the next, my back the next, and repeat and so on and so on. Everytime He adds more and more weight as I progress.
Before I started, 3 weeks ago, I was 140. I am now 136.2 . My Stomach seems to being getting smaller, but nothing else. My goals are to be strong, and thin, and fit, with some muscle , but not the womans championship kind, just some nice muscle, and abs, ect.
I do cardio intervals between all our workouts, as 1 min intervals, and a 30 min warm up on the bike or eliplitical before and or after our workouts .
My eating isnt perfect, I make a lot of mistakes, and cant afford to eat as healthy as I would like to, the healthier things are, the more expensive they are, atleast here it is anyways. SO I make mistakes, and I make poor choices , and indulge sometimes when I shouldnt.
I guess I just want to know if im on the right track, some tips and advice, some help and motivation.
