butt bible lower level 1

i just did the butt bible level 1 lower, my heart rate monitor says i only burned 20 calories for 20 minites.... and this website says i burned 162........ Anyone else know which one might be accurate ? or has done the butt bible and knows what the lower level 1 , 20 min video burns ?
