IF someone has time could they overview my diary , i been logging for weeks now, but am finding that im Always hungry,
I usually try to stay in my limits, and almost always do, and am short calorie intakes majority of the time, but I've heard being short is also a good thing so I never worried.
Im always full afterI eat of course, but an hr later im starving again.... Am I doing things wrong?
I felt as if I been doing so far okay , is being hungry all the time normal?

You're not eating enough food. Most days, you're way under your calorie goal. Eat more food, and you won't be as hungry.
Being short of your calorie goal all the time is not a "good thing". You're supposed to hit that goal, ideally within a couple of hundred either side, not constantly aim to be under it.0 -
You need to eat more. Only 800-1000 calories a day, if I ate that low I would gnaw at my own flesh halfway through the day.0

Take an average of what you're eating now, and triple that number! You aren't eating enough. Sure you'll lose weight, but you'll put yourself into starvation mode. At that little amount of calories you probably aren't getting enough of the nutrients your body needs. So no, you are not doing it right if you want long-term, healthy living habits. Please eat  please?0

Not only are you not eating enough you need to eat more fiber. Eat some fresh veggies every day as much as possible. Its low in calories and filling. I saw on one day you had a 1 cup of mixed cooked veggies. Another day the only veggies you had was an ear of corn. No fruit that I could see. I try to have at least one large salad every day, at least one apple and a banana. Depends on what I have in the house of course and now after the hurricane the shelves are naked in the grocery stores so its harder but I keep loads of fresh fruits and veggies in the house most of the time.
One small bagel a day with laughing cow , a kellogs bar and whatever else I saw on your diary is not enough. Everyone needs a good variety of protein, fiber and fats from lean meats.0 -
