I was just wanting some advice,
I am -1 in my fats, but I still have over 600 calroies left in my day, . .
Do I stop eating , and forget about the 600 left ? because I have went over on my fats already...
or Do I eat, and take the weight gain... ?
I have little experience in this so was hoping for tips/advice
thank you

Don't worry about it. Eating additional fat won't make you fat. Go ahead and eat whatever you want until you get to your calorie limit for the day
edited to add: you should probably increase your daily calorie goal as well0 -
Going over fats is fine. Also, if your are using the MFP default settings - the targets are very low anyway so it's not a bad thing at all as long as you are getting a balanced diet.0

you could eat things without fat. Definitely don't leave yourself a 600 calorie deficit for the day.
fruits, vegies, egg whites, fat-free cottage cheese/yogurt... lots of food have calories but almost no fat.
OR you could hit your calorie goal for the day thru whatever foods you want, but then use today as a learning tool to figure out what foods you're eating that are so high in fat. Personally, if they're unsaturated fats, I don't care if I go over my daily target.0 -

And keep in mind that the food diary does not distinguish between fats...an Oreo vs an avacado slice, for instance. Keep on eating and try to meet your calorie goal with veggies and some fruit if you can.
Good luck with your journey and I wish you success!0 -
I aim to go over my fats (and protein) every day.0

If you're eating at a deficit you won't gain weight, regardless of where the calories came from.0 -

oops I missed this part. Fat itself doesn't make you gain weight. Eating too many calories makes you gain weight.
ETA: like Karen said above!0 -
I often go over my fats due to avocado and nuts so I just ignore that , if I went over daily from junk food or full fat dairy then I would try to change my habits but for good fats I don't mind0
