When it comes to fat, and u read a label and it says , 0.5 grams , or 4 grams or 8 or 9 , whichever,
how many grams of fat is considered a lot?
When i read a label and it says, 100 calories, and 4 grams of fat, is that horrible ?
same with calories , I read things and when i see 290, 300 or more calories im like oh my gosh and put it down...
am I wrong or right?
how much is too much, or how much is okay?

Your MFP fat setting is 48 grams.
Try to get around that amount, without being overly strict. The amount of fat you eat in one specific meal doesn't matter.0 -
If I remember the numbers, 1 gram of fat is 9 calories, while carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram. So 100 calories with 4 grams of fat is 36 calories, or 36%. Just know your targets and goals. Everyone is a little different. I try to keep my daily fat intake between 20 and 25% of my total calories.0
