Its not that I cant stick to 1280, usually I always can, sometimes I just go over on my carbs or fats, and then I feel; really guilty, Lately tho since I srarted using the excersice bike and doing strength work outs ( no weights) I seem to be a bit more hungrey( snackish) at night time than usual, unfortunatly my snack…

Hi there. im currently doing Leslies videos on you tube. her 1 mile and her 2 mile http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oBgB_cqDiXs her 2 mile i burn according to my HRM 114- 120 calories. if anyone else can tell me if they get similar results, it would be a great relief to know im not way off , or at least to find out its not…

Yes I know theres endless possibilites I just didnt know what to put it with for a recipie or how much to measure out for myself for a serving, its for dinner so needed to make a low cal meal of something, portion controlled. Thanks so much for all the ideas, appreciated! :)

I do 25- 30 minuites circuit training every night, its the shred 30 level 1 jullian . and then sometimes ill jog on the treadmill for 5 minites, i guess im getting enough excersise? i dont know. Thanks for the help

hi there, i just did the very first shred in 30 video. my first day . Im trying to find out how long i do this video for before going on to level 2 and i did it for the 30 mins today how do i add that in for excercise ? its her level one, first video.

k so in my dinner today i found almst everything. but the chicken.. there sensations from the store soebys, chicken fillets portions... cant find it anywhere or on the web.... very odd, can anyone help lol ? I just added everything I put in the dinner and totaled the calroies that way, since i didnt know how to measure it.…

thanks for your help. do you do this 7 days a week? or 5 ? or whats best, I hear its good to take rest days but then u also hear its good to not.. I have no idea , If its just walking it cant hurt everyday, right?
