I can not weigh as I travel a lot so, have to eat outside mostly. But ya, weighing would give accurate counts.

I tried Fitbit and Vivofit, both are good but I had to charge Fitbit every 4-5 days and didnt like it because of my travelling. Vivofit is great as it has battery life of one year.

I also tend to eat when I feel bored. What I do is drink full glass of water, or black tea with no cream/sugar, that helps for a while.

you can get Garmin Vivofit, it will track your steps mainly and is easy to use.

I do eat about 1700 - 400 exercise= 1300. My daily intake should be 2300 calories. So I am eating 1000 calories less. Doing it from 6 weeks. but didnt see much change in weight,

Thanks, I read somewhere that men should eat over 1500, so I eat about 1700 calories on 5 days. I am 34, 5' 8''. I am 157 lb and want to get to 145 lb.
