  • Great idea to prep ahead of time......I do often make turkey chillie, or some other type of soup. Tomorrow is my first day back to work after being off, Im already worried about getting in my exercise tomorrow. I'll just have to find the time somewhere, I know I can if I really try!!
  • Thanks for the info. we just have one of the little trampolines from Wal-Mart, and it worked great, I could jog faster and then slower without knee pain. Might be worth a try for you.
  • I just found that there is a "jogging, in place" listed in the data base......so, I think I will use that, does everyone think that would be a correct calorie count? Thanks

  • I plan to focus on exercise in 2013, I would love to run a 5K. It may sound crazy, but I would also like to watch the season of "Biggest Loser". It truly inspires me and each year I plan to watch it and then just don't have the time. I want to make clean eating choices and lose weight......to help prevent health problems.…
