Thank you SO MUCH!!! You have no idea how much agony you've saved me. I'm going to swing for 2200-2300 a day and see what happens. Edit: Should I even pay attention to MFP's projections? Now it's saying I won't even lose a pound in a week.

Gotcha. I'm 5'11", 221 pounds. Thanks for reassuring me about any permanent damage, I was so worried at first. What type of deficit do you recommend from the TDEE? Is there some sort of formula? I've had pretty consistent weight loss, so I'm scared of undoing it. Thanks, again! I was getting annoyed because I felt like…

I wish I could drink that much green tea :-) I was referring to the capsules you take the supposedly have all the awesomeness of green tea in it.

*sigh* So the 1590 calories I've been consuming are too little?

This looks SO GOOD!! I just got back from food shopping, and nearly got dressed again to go back so I could make this tonight. I'll probably make this tomorrow for dinner. I'm always up for new recipes...thank you so much!

Thanks! You can do it, too :-) Its a rough start getting back on the plan, but each day gets easier.

So glad to see this! I'm in New York, so when Hurricane Sandy hit, it disrupted everything. My gym was closed for a week, I had no power/heat, and stores were only selling non perishables. The first couple of days, I didn't eat too much, because I couldn't find much nutritious stuff around. Finally, I just went off the…

Gotcha! I meant to say processed sugars. Correct me if I'm wrong (dieting is NOT my forte lol), but isn't the sugar found in fruits different than the sugar found in cakes? Also, what would be a more reasonable sugar intake? I'm on the MFP plan for losing 2lbs/week at 232 pounds (currently down to 230).
