That's easily said: don't eat it. But I can't, I really can't. If I have food in front of me, I HAVE to eat it. That's why there nearly no delicious food in the house, I cant stop myself. Anyone tips?

Injury on my knee: Jumper's Knee. I can't do cardio anymore except a bit of swimming. But afterwards I really have to take at least one day rest. Maybe you're also eating not ENOUGH. Because you exercise a lot, your body can go into 'starving mode' if it doesn't get enough calories. This is normally around 1200 calories a day, so you're close to that and I think you're even across because of your excersises
