Someone already said it before, but I would also remmond you the book 'The Beck Diet Solution'. This book is not a diet, but it is a six-week program for changing your mindset about food and learning to practise helpful skills. It helped me a lot and for me it was exactly what I needed.

Yesterday I had a lecture from a professional insitute about sleep. It also told about you biological clock. Your normal rhythm makes you most attent and awake around 9 in the morning and 9 in the evening (if you have a normal rhythm) and your lowest energy point at a day is around lunch time. So your dip probably doesn't…

Haha, I feel your struggle. I posted a topic like this also a couple of weeks ago. The best tip I got out there was make sure that every day the rest of the week you're planning to drink have a deflicit of at least 100 calories. And if you go do a workout the day you go out and make sure you have about 300 calories still…

Oh, and what also helps me a lot is practice resisting the food when you're not craving it. I'm still in the phase of practicing that with food that I don't really love, just food I eat everyday. You put it on your plate and you're not allowed to eat it. Once you practice this more often it will become easier to resist the…

If you really can't go without you might plan your 'cheat' snacks already the day beforehand. That way they are not cheating and if you stay with your planned portion size you can absolutely enjoy it without feeling guilty. That is what I do. Everyday I plan to eat one piece of chocolate, one cup of hot chocolate or a…

My mother has done this and it is seriously a real treatment. But for my mother personally it didn't work. She has had the infection for months, tried everything she could think of: had antibiotics, put yoghurt in there, used other stuff, but it all didn't help. Untill... she discovered a gel you can put in your vagina.…

I've already finished the book and now I'm trying to manage on my own, with the help of MFP. I have to admit that I really miss it to read a chapter each day, it was really some kind of support to me. I would very much like it to support each other! Have you already started the Beck Diet Solution or are you planning to?

So recognize the struggles. Here are the things that I've already tried: -85% chocolate -Protein bars, which are often chocolate flavour. I now have one that is only 93 kcalories - Oatmeal based hot chocolate. (I don't know if they have in the stores where you live, but I bumped into it at the shelve of the soy products.…

I gained two pants sizes in only a couple of months. At that point I had the biggest pants size that was in the 'regular' store. And I just really didn't want to go to a store for big sizes for my pants, so I realized something had to change.

Overall I try to eat less sweet, but that's not always as tasty. Therefore I've switched sugar for other natural sweeters, such as honey, dates and bananas. Works very good for me!

I've read the book of the Beck Diet Solution to help change my mindset to think like a thin person. At first I was never succesful to lose weight, but since I read the book I am. I've learned to not eat anything while I'm standing. This sounds weird, but if you think about it: how often do you eat a free sample at the…
