Winter hunger?
The temperature has lowered below zero here. And nowadays I'm hungry much more often. Is this just because of the light intensitie which has lowered, because of which everyone has a kind of dip, because of which you want to eat more or does your body really need more energy?

While lifting weights, my muscles are trembling after a while (this is about after half an hour of intense weightlifting) Where does that trembling come from? (It's the muscle I train at that moment that's shaking)

Only lifting weights
Hi! I have an injury on my knee. It's called a jumper's knee. Because of my injury I try to burn fat by only lifting weights and no cardio (because cardio hurts, lifting weights doesn't). Does any of you do this as well? And does it works? (Read on the internet it's even a better way to burn fat then Interval cardio)
