To lose my first 5lbs

Most of the times I'm eating some flavoured low fat yoghurt or home made banana ice cream (freeze some banana chunks, blend them in the kitchen machine and you have DELICIOUS and healthy banana iceream). And sometimes I'm taking the full fat version of foods, but I'm always eating my dessert out of a very small cute bowl,…

Feel free to add me, I'm very active on MFP these days :)

I often buy frozen foods. They are healthier than vegetables from a cup, tasty and easy to always have at home. I also go the local market with all the stands every week to buy lots of fruits. Sometimes it's 4x as cheap on the market than the price which they have in the supermarket. Or visit a local farmer who sells his…

Being sore all the time, especially when you've done strenght training. And when it is finally gone? You just repeat the whole cycle again.

- The self-control you learn during dieting is also useful as self-control with other social situations - Feeling more in control of cravings, especially at parties - Getting yourself up after a bad day costs so much energy, but the day after you will be glad you did it

Are you still looking for someone? I'm also looking for a diet buddy :)

It is deffinately possible that you gain some weight in muscle as well, especially because you are a man. I think it also depends on what kind of sports you doing. Are you doing strenght training? I just looked it up on the internet, but muscle gain with much strength training is only about 12 kg a year, so it is probably…

Totally veg out

I'm afraid of injuries when I workout when I'm sore. Also I'm lifting weights, so rest is an important factor in that. You have to rest to become stronger. So I'm training my arms on one day, the next day I'm training my legs and the third day I take 'rest'. And then everything from the beginning again. In this way, each…

I don't know how it is whith men, but for women the lowest you should eat is 1200 cals, otherwise your body goes into starvation mode. So I guess 1680 isn't under this. As I hear it, that's the good amount of calories you should take. Notice that when you work out you earn callories to eat ;)
-
Work out. Or just accept the eating for one evening. One evening won't ruin your whole diet.

I don't have an actual cheat day. It's just once or twice a week I can't control my binging and than I'm above. It slows down the process, but I've accepted that. Still trying to be under calorie intake everyday... Lately I've bought an extra dark cholatebar which you can break in mini tiny pieces so I can eat 5 pieces,…

It helps a lot to don't have those foods in your house at all, so try to convince him that he doesn't buy it. And if he does: try, try, try. You may fail, but try again. And if you eat one piece, you haven't ruined everything: it's also about portion size. You can it the things he brings into the house, but try to just…

In general I cut down a bit on alcohol. Before I always accepted alcoholic drinks when I visited someone, but I've stopped doing that. A glass of water is also good for me. At party's I still like to drink without having to count calories. As this is about once/twice a month this isn't that bad. But I've just got a…

I eat something like an apple beforehand, because otherwise I don't have enough energy to get everything out of my work-out

I'm still young and not at all that fat. So if I tell people I'm trying to lose weight they'll think I'm anorexic. No one knows, only my best friend.

This. Hahahhaa

Amazing!

I don't do them because I'm doing it wrong and get pain in my back. Can't find a way in which it doesn't hurt, no matter what I do and how much I looked it up on the internet.

This topic is SO inspiring. Especially when you look at the time in which some people achieved their goal. Had a bad day today, but this really, REALLY motivates me again.

You look amazing?! I think that's not good enough... You're HOT

Yay! Thought I was like one of the only ones from Holland :)

Hahaha, I never thought in a way about other languages as most of you do. I'm dutch, so in high school I had 3 years French, 5 years German and 8 years English (English even started in primary school) In the way you look at things: wow, I'm awesome hahaha (I don't understand a word French anymore, but I can speak German…
