but I stay at my maintain calories number I don't go over...and I throw an extra workout in. lije I said I want this to be something I can maintain not a fad diet, so I don't want to over restrict myself

I still calorie count and I still eat between 1200-1400 calories a day...depending on my activity level...I don't want to really go lower because I want to be able to maintain the lifestyle I utilized to lose weight. so no to the maintain first then try to lose more later?

yesterday's MFP numbers just for an idea: 1301 calories in 1264 calories burned 1163 calories remaining I think they overestimate calories burned so I just use it as gauge that I'm still in a deficit. hope this helps!

I have a fit bit charge that helps me keep track of calories in vs out and I use that in conjunction with map. it's been 3 weeks since I've lost aby weight. my stats are in the original post 27 year old female 5'5 and weighing 135

I track everything pretty closely... I don't really eat any processed foods it's veggies fruits lean protein and whole wheat/whole grain bread. the cheat day I'm not in a deficit but I'm not over calories burned either. I was thinking of trying a week or two with a very low carb diet to see if that shift in calorie intake…

So basically after my exercise for the day I still want to have 1200 calories at the end of the day and this will allow me to continue losing weight while not depriving myself. My concern is...that since I've eaten 1200 and burned 500 for so long...that eating more will be counter active to my weight loss journey

I'm 24 right now I weigh 140 originally around 170 I use a stationary bi ke 35 minutes a day and once or twice a week I switch that for jogging I lift weights every other day for my arms and do vertical leg lifts for my abs. I don't feel hungry the way I'm eating now...but o want to continue losing weight. I've lost weight…
