anything by beachbody (insanity, p90x, les mills combat, ect... ) or jillian michaels .... any other workout dvds imo are wastes of time and money

i never skipped cardio recovery.... it is the most relaxing workout period. It helps you get thru the insane workouts the rest of the week i don't recommend skipping it its definately worth it to your body

just keep pushing through yeah it gets hard... hell on some days i don't even want to push play.... but if it gets super hellish and i don't recommend this as a regular thing but on the days it's REALLY hard to get going try a decent preworkout like beachbody's e&e or super pump or something.... or if you like coffee and…
