Ah I love that. I really do think I'm getting enough calories though. I stopped tracking a while back however because I spent wayyyy too much time calorie counting and thinking about food I could let myself have.

I'm just over 5'7" and I struggle to see people around my height on here! On your profile you say you're fed up with being the giant?! Your body looks spectacular, I am also 'tall' compared to my friends. While we don't get the 'tiny' look going (and you won't look that way being tall unless you're very underweight) we get…

I've definitely hit a plateu with the scales, so they aren't any comfort! haha I've gained weight, but in muscle I'm fairly sure. It's more that my shape is just not forming into what I pictured all this hard work looking like? Does that make sense? I maybe a tough mudder or something of the such might kick my butt into…

Well they aren't blogs but; http://cleaneatingsurvivalguide.com/recipes/ & http://fitfoodiefinds.com/ :)

I have rather long hips / a high waist so I feel your problem with odd fits. High waisted things are never high waisted on me! But I have 3/4 Core Stability tights by Lorna Jane and I love them. Not see through, your butt crack won't show no matter how you're bending and they stay put! They aren't exactly cheap though.

Things like Greek Yoghurt, haloumi, full cream milk... I love these things and they tend to be what tips me over my intake. haha Fairly high in calories but contain the good fats not the bad ones. :) And lots of calcium!

5'7" also. Looking to lose about 10lb of fat and get a bit of muscle. So more focused on measurements. :)
-
that sounds like a great idea! Best of luck :)

I walk at a moderate pace for at least 30 minutes every day (not including work / shopping etc!) that's a given. I do 45min of moderate / high intensity (usually on exercise bike) 3-4 times a week.

I've lost 13lb (done a bit of losing and regaining!) over the past 6 months. I feel like I've put on a fair amount of muscle though. :) (I'm 5'7").

I'm a mass sweet tooth, trust me it gets easier!! If I get a little craving now (not HALF as bad as I was! I used to always need some kind of chocolate creation after dinner) I make muffins with blueberries / raspberries / bananas and some chocolate chips in them. Coconut oil in there also gives it a sweet kick without…

Vegetarian (lentil) shepherds pie! Onion, celery, carrot - Cook these in a pan till they start to soften Add a small amount of passata / crushed tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes Add the rest of the passata and a can of lentils. Top with mashed potato and back in the oven for 10-15 minutes. :) Make up the amounts to suit…

^^ Mmmm no it's not. That's not fat, it's just there's an indent between the bones. I didn't have such a dip when I was 10kg heavier. :\ But yes that's why I want to fix it, it looks bizarre and makes you look chunky. So gotta fill the hole fat left with muscle if it's possible!

Greek Yoghurt Haloumi (Only cheese I eat these days! SO GOOD) Blueberries Canned Pineapple Cashews White bread (just can't get myself to like multigrain) Peanut Butter Some variety of 100% Fruit Juice, I love the spirulina ones!

Not massive at all! But you say it sticks out in clothing? Core work! Even if you aren't on a calorie defecit building up the abdominal muscles will allow your stomach to hold itself in, and improve your posture. :)

Noooope I mean... well exactly as I said. haha This is the closest I can explain it: http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m06h38surW1qfeqoxo1_500.png ...But less hips. I'm mostly 'dip'. haha Can you fill out the hip area with muscle?

I use it instead of butter / normal oil in muffins often. And I cooked chicken with a lil bit of it just before! Definitely a better way to get a bit of coconut flavour than a can of coconut milk. I also scrub myself with coconut oil + sugar (best ever! Makes your skin feel gorgeous. And I'm cellulite / obvious stretch…

I'm trying but my brain is pretty stubborn haha And I did mean how* not ho. :noway:

What about lentils? When I was at college I used to make a vegetarian Shepherds pie (cost about $10 to make and could feed me for a week!) with lentils in it and about 6 other veggies. :) Just google it and you'll find several variations of a cheap, easy & filling meal!
-
I'm sure it would! The original recipe I based this off had wholemeal flour :)

I have wanted a nose job since I was about 10, and even more so since an incident I had about 2 years ago. :grumble: There is also a medical side to it as my septum is deviated and breathing can be quite difficult! But when you see how wrong these things can go.. And spending 20 grand for a slightly smaller and straighter…

BUMP. I always post these things in the middle of the night!

I'm just going to add in that the natural 'curve' out under your belly button.. where it sticks out? that's a female thing. A sign of fertility apparently! You can't change the fact you're an animal. And really that's a good thing!

Up-ing my intake helped me when nothing was changing weight wise! Went from 1400 to 1600 cal and feel much better all round, no point having it low if that just isn't enough for your body / achievable. :)

I refuse food all the time at work, eg: a regular brings in a giant box of donuts every week. Even when I have one more get forced on me under 'you could gain some weight!' or 'you're skinny have another!' My diet isn't about skinny, it's about healthy. Erghh!!

Oh sorry! 12. So fairly decent sized portions. :) Especially with how dense they are!
-
Glad you enjoyed them! :)

Put some laxatives in your green tea, save some money AND have better results!

Oooh that's on my potential careers list! haha But have been warned about threats, etc.. :ohwell:

While I've never been diagnosed with an ED I've had my private struggles with food... And still struggle with body dysmorphia. So I'm happy to encourage! Interestingly enough exercise to the extreme is classified under Bulimia Nervosa. So just be careful not to slip into the other end of it xo Best of luck!
