Can you 'make' hips in the gym?
I am very obviously wider at my thighs than my hips. And yes I have the dreaded 'hip dip'. Can you build up hips through exercise? Or if you don't have it genetically is it just not achievable? Before and after pictures of any success stories would be amazing!

Was just thinking about this! Eg: I'm sitting here eating a bag of chips because I've been trying to organise a birthday celebration for myself and none of my friends seem interested in the least. :grumble: So what little things cause you to throw all your good eating habits out the window??

Anyone else find it hard to be satisfied with their body?
I see progress, but I don't feel any happier with myself. If anything I was more comfortable in my own skin 10kg ago! I'm eating healthy, exercising regularly; but hapiness has decreased for me. Anyone else find this kind of mindset creeping in? And no I don't have any DSM version of body dismorphia.

Products that up circulation / body temp; do they work?
I'm talking workout belts, compression shorts, etc. Does increased circulation / sweating / temperate in an area help 'shift' stubborn fat cells / activate the muscles? Someone with actual knowledge and not just 'no' would be great. haha I KNOW YOU CAN'T SPORT REDUCE before anyone gets onto that.

Cheat Day-ers: Do you struggle to eat right again?!
I let myself have a full on 'cheat day' a couple of days ago, chocolate overload! And now I'm craving and struggling to stay under my calories. And I was doing so good pre-cheat day and had NO interest in cake, chocolate etc! Advice? Does anyone else experience this?!

I generally walk a good hour or so out of the day to and from uni, the train, supermarket etc, good part of not having a car! I've never considered counting that. Women: Who else looks better out of clothes than in them?!
Naked or in my underwear I feel sexy and confident about my body! But as soon as I try to get dressed all my confidence is shattered. Nothing flatters my body. I have a slightly odd shape but nothing crazy.. I was hoping someone else out there has this problem??
