I'm talking workout belts, compression shorts, etc.
Does increased circulation / sweating / temperate in an area help 'shift' stubborn fat cells / activate the muscles?
Someone with actual knowledge and not just 'no' would be great. haha
I KNOW YOU CAN'T SPORT REDUCE before anyone gets onto that.
