Easiest is soup! Easy freezable and easy to make in bulk. And you can quickly whip up some rice to bulk it out. :)

Mmmm I think some men don't get the difference in metabolism? Because it does exist and is very different between the genders! Might be okay for them to eat a whole pizza with the lot every few days, but that shows pretty quick on a woman.

Customise it? I changed mine to the CLEARLY bad things like saturated fats and things I know I lack in my diet like iron. So unless you're worried about your protein intake I'd change it to something else. :)

As someone who's worked hospitality for a while, AND is a bit of a germ freak.. You're better off not knowing. haha Mostly just small stuff like very minimal hand washing, but I'm very particular food wise! Things would probably be better if health and safety didn't give restaurants a heads up before they come!

I'm 5'7" and my current goal is 130lb. I am fairly muscular, it's just my body type, so I have to accept I'll never have the low numbers to match how I look. Any girls on this thread feel free to friend me! It's great to have similar shapes and sizes to encourage you. :happy:

I am 5'7" and a bit over 130lb, the REAL maintenance amount for me is 1700-1900 calories. MFP however tends to UNDER estimate your calories.

Sugar isn't BAD! You need it! Low blood sugar = decreased energy levels. It's like people saying fat is bad! Your body needs that! Calories are fuel not foe. :)

Hmmm the tape measure can also be misleading. My body is in a lot better shape but very little difference on the tape as I've muscled up! I like pictures tho. May start doing that. :)

I'm thinking I'll have to get onto that! But definitely hard to get the nutrition you need if you blow 400cal on a treat. :\ Idk my 1400 cal a day may be way too low in general..
