barely 5'2" gw- 130lbs but I know when i get there I will probably be setting a new goal. I wouldn't go lower than 110 though I don't think

Cheese is a good snack. Or you could do chicken or tuna salad (make it yourself with light mayo and fresh celery/onions/bell peppers then you know exactly how to portion and what the nutrition info is) - mix with lettuce or put on crackers. I like those laughing cow cheese wedges. 35 cals each and enough to spread on half…

I love exercising on the wii. I want an HRM so I can get accurate reading on cals burned but either way if I push myself I still break a sweat so I know it's doing SOMETHING. I love wii fit because I can weigh myself on it (very accurate too I've double checked with other scales) and it tells u your BMI. You can track your…

almost forgot one of my faves - coconut chicken. lightly bread with shredded coconut. Use coconut milk and egg white for the wash.

pesto sweet n sour sauce mustard herb glaze (use dijon and italian seasonings) greek yogurt with lemon juice and fresh dill mango salsa blackened with cayenne (good with rice and beans) lightly breaded and drizzled with honey (by the way you can use tons of things for breading like whole wheat crackers etc) stuffed with…

HAHA... Actually I DONT like the red numbers. I was wondering about that but I couldn't figure out how to do it within a five minute period so I gave up.

I would say if you're hungry then eat. You can increase your cals just a little bit each week and see if you gain or not? Should be fine though if you're eating good and exercising. You prob do need to increase. If you don't eat enough you're gonna start feeling like crap I would venture. I only eat 1200 but I'm not an…

I like half a bagel with a tablespoon of peanut butter or lowfat cream cheese, an apple or berries, chocolate skim milk. Also there's a smoothie I loved when I did abs diet. Has PB, yogurt, banana, oatmeal, honey and vanilla whey. Don't know exact measurements but its sooo good. Also like berries in greek yogurt, or…

lots of cardio firstly, then stretching - half-moons are a good yoga pose for that, hold them as long as you can without straining yourself... and side planks, they work your obliques. work your core and sides. these are half-moons. obviously you don't have to bend as far as the lady in the picture when you do then, just…

looks pretty good. I'm doing the same thing basically with the cardio. Do a little bit of stretching and strength yoga but I'm just working my way there slowly. I think your diary looks pretty good - fish, veggies, fruit, cheese and stuff. What I'm doing is trying to eat as many veggies as possible, as few grains/starches…

it always tells me I eat too much protein. I just ignore it.

almost all my meals are under/around 300 and they look way more exciting than that =) But same basic concept i guess. it's all about portion control.

^this. If you're honest and log even all the crap then it might keep you from doing it as much in the future. I usually stay within my calorie goal but you should see the couple days around my birthday! haha. But you know what? I used to be the person who would just say "screw it I already ate pizza today might as well…

tons of gluten free recipes online. you can use rice or other types of flour, make pizza, no-bake cookies, one of my favorite brownie recipes of ALL TIME is gluten free and I didn't even know it when I first ate them! Also make stir fry or pasta dishes with gluten free noodles. So many options nowadays.

Instead of doing a hardcore workout just stretch while you watch tv for half hr or so, or go for a nice walk. And I don't know about you but I CRAVE chocolate, so I keep small pieces, like single serving things. Dark chocolate is usually best but hershey kisses work too, and I just only eat one or two when i'm desperately…

Portion control is really important for keeping your meals low cal. Almost every meal I eat is under 350 but I'm very careful with my portions. Use chicken and lots of veggies. I like to make a stir fry with broccoli carrot onion and green and red pepper, I cook it in a little bit of oil with minced garlic and soy sauce.…

might have more carbs but I like to use greek yogurt instead of sour cream in my taco salad = )

Real as in not processed with a bunch of fillers and crap added that would never qualify as "food" standing on their own.

They don't want to make it sound like they thought you were fat before.

I don't think there's a huge difference - I love chobani but also get yoplait greek which i've noticed is creamier and not so thick? chobani lemon and yoplait key lime are my faves. or peach of either brand! but I always get fruit flavors because although it can be eaten plain, it's going to be an acquired taste for most…

the hardest truth I face is that I will never again be able to eat the way I did before if I want to reach my goals and then remain successful. I know someday I will be able to have a cupcake here or chocolate bar there but sometimes I wish I was a kid again burning enormous amounts of calories. I guess the underlying…

I like to put lightly steamed broccoli &carrots, chives, a little bit of shredded cheese, greek yogurt rather than sour cream, and perhaps a little crumbled bacon - delicious! and a whole meal in itself. I think you could put almost anything inside it would be good. Corn carrots peas and green beans with chicken and a bit…

I have cut down the bread myself and let me say I'm just not a fan of most "bread alternatives" although I do wanna google those "oopsie rolls"... sounds interesting. If you can find Ezekiel bread over there it really is a great product. Healthier, easier for the body to process and tastes good! As for me I don't have the…

I pre-log too. it helps me to have an idea what I might eat the following day and it's always subject to change but I find if I pre-log it's easier for me to stick to making healthy decisions. Also you should try just saying No to some of these treats a few times here and there and then think about how awesome you feel at…

muscle weighs more than fat. And they do need to heal so make sure to work different groups each day or take a break from strenght and do cardio. Also consecutive 13 days is awesome but not enough to make a HUGE improvement - and if you did lose too much weight that fast it would be unhealthy. Just stick with it, it takes…
