easy answer - Don't cook it on high heat (325 is fine) and Don't cook it too long. (I usually just judge depending on how they look, how big they are and how many I'm cooking but usually 20 mins is more than enough) if ur not sure use a meat thermometer... also marinate the chicken

C25K is great if you want to strengthen your lungs and build up endurance. There's no way of telling how it will affect your weight but it def won't make you fatter! lol. If you want to start running I think c25k is a good plan to start

use weights. I used to take a zumba tone class at my gym where we danced with light weights. sometimes I liked it better than the regular zumba classes. You can even buy a weighted belt or arm/leg bands and stuff...

Actually I don't think it's good for girls either.... it leads to early puberty and decreased fertility in women as well. And soy is in almost EVERYTHING! It's a cheap filler and a big corporate business so that's why they push it as "healthy". It's not, and should be enjoyed in moderation as with everything else.

because they're vegans or they believe that people are not meant to drink the milk that comes from a cows tit and is meant for baby cows.... I myself prefer cows milk. It tastes better and too much soy is bad for you. but I might be biased - I LOVE milk. Organic whole milk is the bomb!
