I'm in the UK and not sure about the cup measurement (we don't generally use it here), can anyone give me a weight for the oats - pretty please??       :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

I used 50g of oats with two small bananas. I didn't measure in cups either, I just used enough oats for a good consistency. you shouldn't use too few oats, otherwise your cookies will fall into pieces ;)
I added some grounded nuts and sprinkled chocolate on the cookies! they were delicious

Made these with 2 bananas, 80grams oats, 2 tablespoons peanut butter and a little sweetener and cooked for about 20 mins at 200c. Made 9 and they're about 51cals each. Wasn't sure at first but they are getting eaten so they must be okay

I made these, as well as a variation by adding dried cranberries and ground flax seed. Loved them!

I made these, added a very few chocolate chps. They were ok, not huge flavor. I almost wonder if a touch of salt would bring out the banana flavor even more. My batch made 8, so they were only around 65 calories a cookie which is great! Then I added a little almond butter on top and that made them amazing!!

I am going to experament with pumpkin puree and oats just to see. add a little pumpkin pie spice. I made the banana and oats found it ok. Did add cinn and vanilla. they needed something else tho. peanut butter and choc.

I think I will try the pumpkin puree too. Did you add anything else, or just pumpkin and oats?
