    Just did them last night!

As a try out I did so:

    - 1 banana (100 grams)
    - ~1/2 cup oats, classic (40 grams)
    - ~1 even tbsp coconut flakes - didn't feel them, could have added more.

I made 5 cookies out of it and put them in the microwave for 3-4 minutes (saw that suggestion somewhere). They were soft/chewy and delicious. I can imagine them beeing even better if I bake them. At least they will get "golden" and look more cooky-ish :)

Thanks so much for the recipe!!!!!

What a great way of using old bananas I have 3 on my counter at home, was thinking that these will go in the bin. Not now. Thanks,

AHHH so mad at myself for forgetting to buy bananas.

...this is like the 3rd 2-ingredient recipe with bananas in it.

    i just made them.
this is what mine looked like:
    twoingredientcookie1-1.jpg
    i used: 1 banana, 1/2 C. quick oats (& added 1/8 C. raisins)
i refrigerated dough for an hour before baking.
i baked them on parchment paper ( but i think they wouldve baked cleanly without it)
yielded 4 soft and chewy cookies as shown.

    wow these look professional!!

    Thank you!

I tried these as soon as I got home!

They were delish however don't be fooled into thinking they are calorie free (like I was...)

I ate half a pan and then calculated the calories after - based on a cup of oats and 2 banana's your looking at around 500 - 600 calories (for the whole lot) and that's WITHOUT the stupid number of chocolate chips I chucked in for good measure!

    So worth it though :)
