  • I think many people miscalculate their BFP. I weigh 150# at 64.5 inches tall(5'4.5"). I have 96 lbs lean mass and a BFP of 34.5%. I wear a 6-8 bottom & medium top. Btw my numbers are via dexa scan. I just got off vacation but just got back in plan, eating 1400-1600 cal per day. My RMR is 1350 or so. I am only looking to…

I tend to undereat & then binge & I am looking for balance. Add me!

I mean its not so much measuring quantities that gets me, as deciding how much of what to eat & when. Does anyone have a good…
  • Also, exercise: when I am running I break a continuous sweat. My strength training sessions, it depends. I am not exhausted after any of my workouts except runs over 10 miles.
  • OK, thanks for the tough love. When I said I met my caloric goal 75% of the time, I usually am under maybe 20% and over 5%. Measuring: is it that helpful / important? How do I adjust psychologically to having to do that all the time? For some reason I find it really burdensome.
