I exercise 5 times a week. I would love to do more but I listen to my body and thats the maximum I can do. On my rest days I do get at least a 30 minute walk in. While its not a huge calorie burner I believe its important to stay active.

Hello I discovered this thread from the Anyone from UK thread. I am Mel from the Channel Islands. I am trying to lose my last few pounds. Finding its much harder to lose the final few than it was to lose the initial 40.

I have only done a couple of classes however I burnt slightly more calories than I do when I go spinning for an hour. Its a fantastic calorie burner.

I lost over 40lbs on it. Gained half of it back within a year though. I prefer healthy eating, logging calories and exercise. Its different for everyone though and it is very successful.

If its in your chest then I would recommend resting your body completely or do very light exercise.

If I have eaten a decent amount then I will try some gum. It usually works well for me.

Its spin class tonight and I should have walked my 5k today too. I really love the exercise part so much more than the dieting.

The bad food day is a non calorie counting day. I really don't know if the plan will work in the long term.

Is 1200 your net calorie intake? I am just wondering if you are eating too little.

I don't drink huge amounts of booze so I would pick that. Junk food is too big of a problem to let myself binge on.

Fitness wise find something you enjoy doing. If you are not enjoying your exercise then its pretty tough to keep it up. Give lots of different things a try and see which one works for you. With regards to eating try to find healthy foods that fill you up. Work out what triggers cause you to overeat and try and work on…

I love mini-eggs. They are an addiction usually from this time of year right up until Easter. I saw them on offer in the supermarket so I puchased two packets. Instead of banning myself from them I have portioned them. The 100g bag had 485 calories in (I usually ate that in one sitting) so I split the bag into 4 portions…
