Does anyone have any recommendations? I love my Asics but its time to replace as they are well worn. My last pair were GT 2150 which were perfectly comfortable and lightweight.
Do you think its possible for someone to lose weight eating healty 6 days a week and then having the 7th day as an "eat what you want" day? Lots of people trying to lose weight seem to do this. I honestly don't think I could because it almost seems that it would destroy all the good days.
Eating out is such a pain calorie wise. Does anyone have any tips on keeping it healthy? I try to avoid extra bread. If I leave anything on the plate the waiter assumes that I didn't enjoy the meal. Have read doggy bags are good options but its not really done in the UK.
