Thank you! I am so so excited to see what the next couple of months will bring for me confidence and fitness wise :D

Haha thank you very much And YES wow I seem to have hit some magic weight/shape where boys are starting to actually look at me. Been out clubbing twice this week and I was hit on more than I ever have before But I don't really care about that (although it is a nice ego boost!) so much as how I feel in myself :D

Thank you all so much, I'm blushing here, I freaking love how sweet and supportive the MFP community are Also my face has got quite a lot thinner (and I have got quite a lot sassier haha) Oops it cut off half my face http://i.imgur.com/qINDcup.png

^-^ Thank you! So incredible to hear that Well I completed Couch to 5k which did WONDERS for my endurance and general cardiovascular fitness and now I'm training to do a 10k (in June eek) So when I go to the gym I'll either do a run on the treadmill, or an incline walk. I might also hit up the elliptical for 15 minutes at…

AMAZING. You look just incredible. What is your weight lifting routine?

Thank you! :3 Hmm about 6 months between these two pictures? But I have been on and off track a lot. Over christmas I gained back a lotta weight. I've only really made significant progress the last 3 months (28lbs of the 37 between pics one and two) Ideally I want to be at goal weight for summer but this change is for life…

Haha oh yeah! I never even noticed that before. Once I reach goal I'll do some with the same bra because honestly the black one is such a lie it's ALL padding my boobs have actually disappeared. I mean, I wasn't working with much to begin with (damn genetics) but since reaching a lower weight I don't even HAVE to wear a…

Age: 19 Height: 5'8 Highest weight: 240lbs Current weight: 183lbs Goal weight: 155lbs I try and net 1200-1600 cals a day for a 2lb a week loss (that's a rough goal, some weeks is more, some weeks is less) If I go to the gym the machines and MFP tell me I burn about 600-800 cals so it's probably more like half that haha.…

Personally I adore breakfast. Oatmeal, eggs (oh the possibilities), toast, yoghurt, fruit, cereal, sausages, bacon, coffee <333 I would (and sometimes do) eat breakfast for every meal but like everyone else has said it's a personal thing. If you're not hungry in the morning and can go without brekkie then more power to…

On a ryvita with some tobasco sauce and some cucumber :D

Since I've completed C25K and started running I can see a big difference in my legs! Moreso in my calves but my thighs are definitely getting stronger and more toned. So maybe try doing high incline walks (tough but a better burn) at first then start c25k? That's if you think you might enjoy running that is. I am a big…

Beautiful (before AND after) and SUCH amazing progress, you go girl :D

SW: (Starting weight) 240 lbs CW: (Current weight) 187 lbs GW: (Goal weight for the month) 180 lbs A bit more than 5 lbs but I'm up a bit in weight due to an extravagant weekend so I'm hoping ~1lb of it is water weight which would make my target for April 6lbs which seems doable! Also it would mark my entering...the 12…

The main reason I go to sleep is so that breakfast comes around quicker ;) Oatmeal is my one true love

I used to have a golden syrup sandwich (or two, on buttered thick white bread of course!) as a snack. The calories...the sugar...the HORROR hahahah

If you have access to it in a library, or the funds to buy it yourself I found Overcoming Binge Eating by Dr. Christopher Fairburn a very interesting and informative read. The first part of the book is a lot of information on binge eating problems with personal anecdotes from other binge eaters (which especially struck me.…

Just finished the first part of A Dance with Dragons: Dreams and Dust Now taking a little break from good old George R.R. Martin before I move onto the second part of that book by reading something completely different; Invitation to a Beheading by Nabokov I thought Lolita was spell-bindingly written and that Nabokov has a…

I moved to uni and bought these Salter digital scales http://www.amazon.co.uk/Salter-Technology-Electronic-Bathroom-Scales/dp/B0013IWSUI/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1395512048&sr=8-6&keywords=salter+scales And so far they've been really good! You just step straight on and bam there's your weight. They have it in lbs, or st and…
