Whats a sumo squat?

Did mine before work this morning. Anyone else having issue with legs buckling on you during the day? Not sure why, feel great. Surprised I was able to complete squats this morning with no real discomfort.

Completed day 3 yesterday, along with 45 min. of water arobics. Thigh need the rest today, but looking forward to seeing if I can do a squat tomorrow.

Not sure if I can make it through the 30 days but I'm willing. Are all squats at one time or broken into reps?

I record everything. Even when I'm bothered by the total. Need to see what I am acutally eating so I can plan the next meal, day or week.

Hi, I am new here also. I can undersand your frustration. I struggle with my daily desire to eat not only sweets but high fat foods as well. Unfortunately I don't have any great advise at this point, but just wanted to support you in your journey. Hang in there.

I understand your struggle. I am 5' 3/4" tall. I am at 216 lbs right now. Starting weight battle on Sept 9th. Have lost a total of 25.6 lbs. Yoyo'd myself during the holidays. I have a medium to large bone structure. My weight tends to rest in my shoulders and upper arms. Mid section also. Struggling to stay around…
