Day 5. 70 combo of different squats w/ 40lb barbell and 10lb weight for sumo squats!! Ouch!!!0

Its where you squat with a dumbbell or kettlebell in both hands with your legs more than shoulder width apart ( like a sumo wrestler) and squat with a straight back.0
