I too have DD's, but I told my husband that after my work out I would go commando in honor of the day (I'm a stay at home mom so I don't have to worry about the office issue).

I love the Tae Bo workouts. I have several DVD's and do them about 4 days a week. Always a good workout!

I love mine. I had not lost any weight for a couple of months and when I got my FitBit I realized I wasn't eating enough. Voila! I started dropping weight again. Well worth the money.

I try to think more in terms of being healthy rather than just losing weight.

I was not on this program when I was pregnant but I was watching my weight and my Dr just told me to make sure I ate balanced meals and to take my prenatal vitamins. He also said that pregnant women need about 300 calories more per day. I followed that advice and only gained about 19 pounds with both my pregnancy. Good…
