Vweisel - Good for you. How did you lose your initial weight? I have a hard time staying with the plan when life gets hectic, which it always does.

I'm in! I'm trying to train for a 1/2 marathon in May and need to convince myself that I can do it. Goal is to lose 40 lbs by then, which I'm sure will make training much easier. Need some help keeping me motivated and believing that I'm not too old to accomplish such a task.
