I'm in! I'm trying to train for a 1/2 marathon in May and need to convince myself that I can do it. Goal is to lose 40 lbs by then, which I'm sure will make training much easier. Need some help keeping me motivated and believing that I'm not too old to accomplish such a task.0

Vweisel - Good for you. How did you lose your initial weight? I have a hard time staying with the plan when life gets hectic, which it always does.0

I did pretty well this summer, but have been in a huge rut since school started. My daughter is getting married on Dec. 29th. Would love to be down 20 more pounds by then.

Hi! I currently weigh 172 as well. Yes I would love to lose 20 lbs by Christmas! But for me I think 12 lbs is more realistic. 160 lbs. By Christmas. I have been doing this plan for almost 3 weeks & have lost 8 lbs. So lets do it!

hello everybody!! If you don't mind i would like to join. My cw is 165lbs and gw at christmas is 145lbs. I am not sure i will be able to lose that much in that time, but i will try to come as close as i can to that goal!0

I'm in too. Just joined this morning and love this site. Having a tossed salad, with homemade gingery lentil soup and a roll for dinner. What is everyone else doing to lose weight (any specific diets etc). I am going to do the treadmill for 60 mins one day and free weights other days.
