Im trying the zigzag diet recommended on the calculation page. Sadly I have a 900 calorie day today though - what can I eat for 13 calories? Im gnawing my hand off! Can I wait until tomorrow?!

Good job! Im right with you. I scale almost everything, especially Im hopeless at too much cardio! Seem to be better at weights. Always the slowest but I guess in a few months some new people will come in and we will be helping them and impressed how far we have come :)

Yep - some interesting bits :-) Im going to be looking at gluten free things a bit closer too, not that I was avoiding glutens before!

I like the info on soups being more filling than meals. Might try them a bit more to test that one out

Id advise the same, esp as its new. Doesnt sound like a regular tension headache. May well be related to over-exertion or possibly the bending forwards? That can make some types of headache worse. Good luck! x

My goals are exactly the same as Quinn's! :p My general goal is to get pregnant in Jan 2016, having reached a non-overweight place and as fit as possible. I am going to do this with calorie counting and being consistent with training. o:)

Not losing weight sadly, but I am getting MUCH stronger - learning how to do pull ups and muscle ups and do olympic lifts. I can suck my tummy in better too ;-)

OK, time to actually start getting towards my goal rather than away from it! Problem is Ive started lifting and haven't worked out my calories yet so putting on weight (water?) ;-) Im so hungry on exercise days.
