Im on illness number 9 of this winter....seriously any tips for preventing all these colds, GI bugs, flu etc. We even had chickenpox in the household. I take a multivitamin... :s Its really disrupting my crossfit plan

How do you log a session? Its so many bits and pieces its hard to do, and the total seems to come out less than my effort level and heart rate would suggest. Still pretty high though!

Ive just started cross fit with plenty of lifting in the last 2 weeks coming from practically nothing. I have started monitoring calories and eating about 1800 calories a day plus exercise calories and Ive put on 2lb.
