I had them for carpal tunnel syndrome in pregnancy and after the discomfort of the injection had worn off (1 day), they were brilliant. I just got a new PB yesterday for squat and it came back again overnight. ?wrist guards useful

I am only just starting to lose now Im down to one feed a day. I wouldn't have given it up though! :D

It is possible to drink too much water also. If its more than 8 cups the I wouldn't worry about forcing yourself unless you are exercising

Yep sure, just + or - calories with 'quick add' :D

+1 for cutting down crossfit to 3 days a week. You would get even better at those workouts with the extra rest and risk less injury.
-
Yey! brilliant! :D B) (*)

Maybe consider 5:2 method. It allows for higher calories most days (TDEE) so you can 'binge' within that, then just eat 500 calories on 2 'non-binge' days. Built in binging!
-
You are missing the point. It is not a VLCD, it is a moderate calorie diet, just spread differently over the week. I eat an average of 1800 calories a day.
-
I haven't been going long, but personally I find it much easier to stick to lower calories (I do modified at 1000 calories) when I know I can eat 2300 calories the next day (although it often happily reduces your appetite) than trying to be 'good' at 1800 calories every day (which I tended to rebel about). And it works for…

Yes, up north ;) Didn't get the jab this year, but it turned out to be the wrong one anyway didn't it!

Sure it is your right to do what you want with your body, but we are able to offer advice that may lead to a better outcome for you. Good luck anyway!

No, if you think you drink to excess. Stopping heavy drinking in such an uncontrolled way could end up in withdrawal reactions. They include delirium, seizures and death. If you suddenly stop drinking and just have lemonade, you risk taking in glucose ( e.g. maple syrup) without enough vitamin B1 which leads to Wernicke's…

Well done everyone! (*) (*) (*)

Thanks everyone. Yup it may just be having a 2 year old for the first time ;-) Ive had antibiotics once out of those 9 for tonsillitis but the rest has been waiting it out, but then the next strikes a week later! The blood tests do sound potentially useful but I live in the uk so would probably need more of a reason to see…

Yup, I have a 2 year old who is pretty hard to quarantine! I could go heavy on the alcohol gel though - good plan.
-
Ill try that out then. I just seem to hit my back point quite quickly (short legs!)
-
Lol! I often notice that when we are warming up - everyone else seems to be rowing a lot slower than me to reach the same distance!
-
We throw above a line on the wall (there a slightly higher one for men) - its pretty high though! Karen was tough, especially with all the squats, but I did it in rounds of 7 which seemed to suit me as I burn out fast without a short break.
-
I have started logging as 1 calorie whatever I do and just eating to my TDEE which includes activity (minus my weight loss plan).
-
Im short and I like rowing and wall balls :p

I started from nothing and can just string together 8 singles now. Whole new skill (one of many!)
