Could be myasthenia gravis? Given its just one side it does sound like Bells palsy though. I had that and it improved in a few weeks with steroids. Is it a new thing? Most people recover in a few weeks but about 2/3 its gone within a year.

I can only wear bootcut or flares :-) And no high boots!

Already altered my goal - maybe not overweight any more is too ambitious for 100 days ;-)

Hi Im Curly from the UK (north east) Hoping to get down to 10.5 stone (not overweight any more) by 2015. Really any decent change would be ok though as I haven't moved for over a year now :-) I have just started cross fit 3 times a week, have currently got very achey arms, but determined!

I have just started. I only did a 3 hour on ramp this week though and Im into the classes next week! I am probably not as fit as you but I found the first day seriously tough. I am still aching in my arms... The second day involved a fair amount of puff too and the 3rd was just technique without a WOD. There was a lot of…

I don't think I have an alcohol problem (i think) but I have cut down a lot over the last few weeks starting a couple of weeks before I started on here. It does make a big difference to how I feel  Its very tempting though if its been a tiring day.

I think sertraline has better evidence for anxiety and very few side effects. Fluoxetine is a good drug though.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/3817-eat-more-to-weigh-less Or maybe try this point of view if calories as low as that with that amount of exercise isn't working for you? I'm just starting out but this does make sense to me. You need the energy to fuel all that exercise properly so you can work harder at it.

Day 1 I've done the whole 60 mins of my rosemary Conley DVD:wink: Not too bad surprisingly and I should be able to up the bounciness over the next week or so!

How will you get about? I did a similar trip that a few years ago by train :-)
-
Im just starting too and Im at 173lb at the moment. Im just doing a monitoring week at the moment to see where I can make changes :flowerforyou:
-
Exciting! Where are you going?

My first baby was stillborn (so obviously no milk after the first week or 2) and the weight (3+st) fell off in 4 months. So easy (from that point of view). Second baby still being BF at 18 months and it's much harder to lose weight. This with carrying and running around after a busy toddler. So I think I'm in this category…
-
I got mine at 10 months after EBF then adding in solids and continuing BF.

I'm in the north east ???? and just started - no really, I have this time ;-)

Hey Sally (and everyone else!) Im considering the 5:2 also. Im just up the A19 from you and Im just restarting on here after a short false start! Initially set my goal at 26lb down to take me from top end of overweight to top end of not overweight. :-) I have come down from 15st 7 in 12 months just by changing little bits…
