I would try to get used to drinking unsweetened beverages. You are training your palate to like less sweet things. I drink water, but also unsweet iced tea that I brew at home. I have also put a star anise piece in my water and that gave it a good taste...but you have to like licorice-like flavors.

How making a dressing out of real food instead of frankenfood chemicals...combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a bit of honey, a bit of dijon mustard and salt/pepper to taste. My hubby's favorite. Also, I go along with the suggestion of dipping your fork in the dressing and then spearing the lettuce instead of pouring it…
